Weed it and reap… the rewards of avoiding fines! All yards, driveways, and sidewalks need to be weed-free by May 1st. So grab those gloves, fire up the weed whacker, and show those pesky plants who's boss—your neighbors (and your wallet) will thank you!
Want a shot at winning a pool key for the summer? Grab a $5 raffle ticket at the office and join the fun! The lucky winner will also take home a bucket of kids' pool toys to make a splash this season!
But first—important reminder! We’re still missing 19 pool keys from last year. If you have one, please return it to the main office ASAP—no questions asked. Anyone who hasn’t returned last year’s key won’t be eligible for the raffle, so get yours turned in and stay in the game!
Love our community?
To keep our co-op running smoothly, we need two key things:
This year, there are four open board seats, and we’d love for you to step up and get involved! It’s a two-year term with two meetings a month on Wednesdays at 3:30PM.
📅 April 1 – Applications available in the office.
📅 May 1– Applications due back in the office.
📅 May 5 – Accepted applicants notified.
📅 May 6 – Sample ballot posted.
📅 May 19 – Ballots hand-delivered to each home.
📅 May 21 at 6PM – "Meet the Candidates" event at the clubhouse.
📅 May 29 – Ballots due back at the office.
📅 May 30 – Winners announced.
This is your chance to have a voice, make a difference, and help keep our co-op strong. If you're interested, pick up an application starting April 1st at the office.
We look forward to seeing new faces on the board!
Planning a gathering? Awesome! Just a quick reminder—the clubhouse rental fee is now $50, which helps cover maintenance and updates to keep the space in great shape for everyone.
We all love having a clean, well-kept clubhouse, so let’s do our part!
Be respectful of the space—any damage could mean higher fees for the community.
Keeping it clean and cared for ensures we can all continue enjoying it for years to come!
Can’t make it to a board meeting but have something on your mind? No problem! Just jot down your concern, sign it, and drop it in the office box—or give us a call and leave a message. We’ll make sure it gets to the board for you.
Your voice matters, and we want to hear from you!
Resident cameras have captured individuals riding electric scooters through the park between 1:30–2:00 AM. It’s unclear whether they’re just joyriding or checking out properties, so please take precautions by securing sheds, cars, and homes.
If you notice any issues, contact the police first, then notify Sandy or Steve.
Before secondary water gets turned on April 14-15, take a moment to check your secondary valves and make sure they’re in the shut-off position—let’s avoid any surprise sprinklers!
Also, a friendly nudge to bring your trash cans in after pickup. Too many have been enjoying an extended vacation on the street, and we’d love to keep things looking tidy. Thanks for helping keep the neighborhood in top shape!
When you renew your home insurance, don’t forget to drop off a copy at the front office each year. A quick stop, a little paperwork, and you’re all set—easy peasy! Thanks for keeping everything up to date!
Just a little nudge—HOA fees are due between the 1st and 5th of the month to keep everything running smoothly (and to dodge that pesky $5/day late fee!). We know some of you get paid later in the month, so planning ahead or paying early can help keep things stress-free.
If you use bill pay, make sure to adjust the date so the office gets it by the 6th—some have been arriving as late as the 12th, and we’d love to avoid any delays. Thanks for keeping things on track and making our community great!
With warmer days ahead, it's time to get outside and enjoy the sunshine! Motorcycles, scooters, and electric bikes—remember to take it easy, slow down, and stop at stop signs. Just like cars and trucks, the rules of the road apply to you too!
And shareholders, a friendly reminder to ease up on the gas pedal—a little extra caution helps keep things safe for everyone. Let’s make this a great season to get out, have fun, and enjoy the community!
For everyone’s safety, let’s give our hardworking mail delivery person room to do their thing. Hold off on visiting the community mailboxes until they’ve finished and moved along. A little patience keeps things safe and smooth for all—thanks for being a great neighbor!
We love seeing your furry friends around, but please remember to pick up after your dog during walks—it’s not just considerate, it’s the rule! Neglecting to clean up could result in a citation, so let’s keep our sidewalks and green spaces clean for everyone. Thanks for doing your part!
Keep your pipes happy – only flush toilet paper! Wipes belong in the trash, not the toilet. If wipes cause a sewer clog, you’ll be footin' the bill!
Cash is a no-go for co-op fees! But we’re all about those personal checks, money orders, or cashier’s checks. Keep it simple, keep it secure!
Got a new phone number? Let the office know! You can also double-check with Sandy to make sure she’s got your latest number. It’s all about safety – we want to be able to reach you in case of an emergency!
Got some gently-used paperbacks? The clubhouse is happy to take them off your hands! Whether it’s fiction, non-fiction, or your favorite novel, we’ll gladly give them a new home!
Hey shareholders! Got a new housemate? Let the office know! If they’re sticking around for more than 30 days, they’ll need a quick background check.
Rule 6-F keeps us all in the loop!
