Snow’s coming! Please move your vehicles off the roads so the plows can do their thing! The sooner they clear, the sooner we’re back to smooth, snow-free streets. Thanks for helping us keep the roads ready to roll!
Plow Playtime: November - March
Keep an eye out this holiday season! Help your neighbors keep their packages safe by watching for deliveries on their porches. Let's keep those gifts out of the hands of "porch pirates!"
Keep it safe, keep it slow! Let’s all stick to the 10 mph speed limit in our community—perfect for waving to neighbors, spotting squirrels, and keeping everyone safe! Thanks for rolling with care!
Just a friendly reminder: HOA fees are due between the 1st and 5th of the month! Paying on time helps keep things running smoothly—and avoids that pesky $5/day late fee. We know some of you receive your income later in the month, so please plan ahead or pay early to stay stress-free. Thanks for keeping our community awesome!
Starting January 1, 2025, the monthly co-op fee will increase by $25, bringing it to $200. With rising costs, we’ve got to keep things running smoothly! Also, help us avoid pricey sewer repairs (they can cost us all thousands!) by taking extra care of those lines, and not flushing wipes. Thanks for understanding!
FRIENDLY REMINDER:
Time for your yearly check-in! The office needs an updated copy of your homeowner’s insurance (Sandy's ready to make a quick copy for your file), and don’t forget to bring in your dog's vaccination records too – we need those annually!
Keep your pipes happy – only flush toilet paper! Wipes belong in the trash, not the toilet. If wipes cause a sewer clog, you’ll be footin' the bill!
Cash is a no-go for co-op fees! But we’re all about those personal checks, money orders, or cashier’s checks. Keep it simple, keep it secure!
Got a new phone number? Let the office know! You can also double-check with Sandy to make sure she’s got your latest number. It’s all about safety – we want to be able to reach you in case of an emergency!
Got some gently-used paperbacks? The clubhouse is happy to take them off your hands! Whether it’s fiction, non-fiction, or your favorite novel, we’ll gladly give them a new home!
Let’s keep things peaceful and our pups happy – please don’t leave your dogs tied up or in their pens barking nonstop. And remember, always keep your fur baby on a leash when outside! With raccoons roaming the park, it’s safest to keep your pups snug indoors after dark and their doggie doors shut – you don't want an uninvited guest in your house!
Hey shareholders! Got a new housemate? Let the office know! If they’re sticking around for more than 30 days, they’ll need a quick background check.
Rule 6-F keeps us all in the loop!
