Sprinkle Smarter: 2025 Water Rules

Let’s Keep Our Water Use in Check This Summer –

Here’s What You Need to Know:

  1. If your house number is an EVEN NUMBER, your watering days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

  2. ODD-NUMBERED homes, you’re up on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

  3. No watering on Sundays – everyone takes a break!

  4. You can water your lawn up to 20 minutes per station once a day, or 10 minutes twice a day — whatever works best for you.
Just no watering between 10AM and 6PM when it's hottest and water evaporates faster.

  5. Try to keep your lawn around 3 inches tall — it helps it stay healthier and needs less water.

  6. Please don’t overwater, and don’t use culinary (drinking) water for lawns or washing your car.

  7. If you’re watering on the wrong day or overdoing it, the Park Manager will issue a $50 fine — so let’s all do our part and stick to the rules.

Be sure to check your sprinklers and hoses regularly for leaks—it’s a quick fix that can prevent bigger problems later!

Pool Season is Coming—Grab Your Key!

Get ready to make a splash! Pool keys will be available at the office starting May 1st for just $45 for the whole season. Still holding onto last year’s key? Please return it ASAP so we can keep things running smoothly. The pool is tentatively set to open Memorial Weekend, depending on the weather and final inspection—so fingers crossed for sunshine!

Tame Your Jungle—Deadline: May 1st!

Weed it and reap… the rewards of avoiding fines! All yards, driveways, and sidewalks need to be weed-free by May 1st. So grab those gloves, fire up the weed whacker, and show those pesky plants who's boss—your neighbors (and your wallet) will thank you!

Clubhouse Rental: Just $50 to Keep It Beautiful!

Planning a gathering? Awesome! Just a quick reminder—the clubhouse rental fee is now $50, which helps cover maintenance and updates to keep the space in great shape for everyone.

We all love having a clean, well-kept clubhouse, so let’s do our part!

Be respectful of the space—any damage could mean higher fees for the community.

Keeping it clean and cared for ensures we can all continue enjoying it for years to come!

Your Voice Matters: Share Your Thoughts with the Board!

Can’t make it to a board meeting but have something on your mind? No problem! Just jot down your concern, sign it, and drop it in the office box—or give us a call and leave a message. We’ll make sure it gets to the board for you.

Your voice matters, and we want to hear from you!

Late-Night Sightings—Stay Aware & Secure Your Property

Resident cameras have captured individuals riding electric scooters through the park between 1:30–2:00 AM. It’s unclear whether they’re just joyriding or checking out properties, so please take precautions by securing sheds, cars, and homes.

If you notice any issues, contact the police first, then notify Sandy or Steve.

Insurance Check-In!

When you renew your home insurance, don’t forget to drop off a copy at the front office each year. A quick stop, a little paperwork, and you’re all set—easy peasy! Thanks for keeping everything up to date!

Spring is Here—Slow Down & Stay Safe!

With warmer days now, it's time to get outside and enjoy the sunshine!  Motorcycles, scooters, and electric bikes—remember to take it easy, slow down, and stop at stop signs. Just like cars and trucks, the rules of the road apply to you too!

And shareholders, a friendly reminder to ease up on the gas pedal—a little extra caution helps keep things safe for everyone. Let’s make this a great season to get out, have fun, and enjoy the community!

Mail Delivery in Progress—Give Them Space, Please!

For everyone’s safety, let’s give our hardworking mail delivery person room to do their thing. Hold off on visiting the community mailboxes until they’ve finished and moved along. A little patience keeps things safe and smooth for all—thanks for being a great neighbor!

Clean Up After Your Pup, Please!

We love seeing your furry friends around, but please remember to pick up after your dog during walks—it’s not just considerate, it’s the rule!  Neglecting to clean up could result in a citation, so let’s keep our sidewalks and green spaces clean for everyone.

And just a quick reminder—please keep your furry friends on a leash while out and about in the community. Thanks for helping keep things safe and enjoyable for everyone!

Your Pipes Called – They Said, 'No Wipes, Please!

Keep your pipes happy – only flush toilet paper! Wipes belong in the trash, not the toilet. If wipes cause a sewer clog, you’ll be footin' the bill!

No Cash, Please!

Cash is a no-go for co-op fees! But we’re all about those personal checks, money orders, or cashier’s checks. Keep it simple, keep it secure!

Got a New Phone Number?

Got a new phone number? Let the office know! You can also double-check with Sandy to make sure she’s got your latest number. It’s all about safety – we want to be able to reach you in case of an emergency!

Donate Your Gently-Used Paperbacks to the Clubhouse Library!

Got some gently-used paperbacks? The clubhouse is happy to take them off your hands! Whether it’s fiction, non-fiction, or your favorite novel, we’ll gladly give them a new home!

Got a New Housemate? Let the Office Know!

Hey shareholders! Got a new housemate? Let the office know! If they’re sticking around for more than 30 days, they’ll need a quick background check.

Rule 6-F keeps us all in the loop!
